Martin Ulfson is a partner in Cederquist’s Private Equity group. Martin advises Swedish and international Private Equity firms, corporations, banks and other financial institutions on a broad range of transactions involving acquisitions, divestments, mergers, joint ventures and “going private transactions”. Martin is dual qualified in New York and Sweden and practiced at a leading U.S. law firm in New York for over six years prio to joining Cederquist in 2010.
