Cederquist has assisted Folksam in connection with its acquisition of Copper Building

Cederquist has assisted Folksam in connection with its acquisition of the property Duvan 6 in central Stockholm. The acquisition was made via the subsidiary KPA Pensionsförsäkring.

The property, also called Copper Building consists of approximately 9 700 sqm and was sold by Mengus.  

Cederquist’s team consisted mainly of partner Louise Bjärgård, senior associate Johanna Bjärnemyr, associates Michela Hallberg Westin and Oskar Ceréus.
