Cederquist advisor to the financing banks in connection with Karo Pharma’s acquisition of a product portfolio from LEO Pharma A/S

The acquisition will be funded through a combination of new loans and a new issue. Karo Pharma is a specialty pharmaceutical company that develops and markets products to pharmacies and to healthcare.
