Cederquist represented the financing bank in connection with the acquisition, through a newly established joint venture between Starwood Capital Group and Oscar Properties Holding AB (publ), of Primus 1 at Lilla Essingen in Stockholm with a total of 42,000 light BTA from Vasakronan, the purchase price amounting to SEK 920 millions.

The Cederquist team consisted of partner Johan Lundberg and associates Joachim Strand and Nils Mansfeld (Banking & Finance).
